Is it sad when you are excited for an outing to your local Target? I think all women love Target, don’t they? Outside of their mediocre return policy I don’t know what there is not to love about Target. They have the cutest women’s and children’s clothes, an abundance of adorable home goods and a good selection of beauty products. #targetforthewin
I used to frequent Target twice a week, killing time during Kadie’s gymnastics lessons. When she decided that she didn’t want to pursue gymnastics anymore I seriously had Target withdrawals!
It had been several weeks since my last trip Target and even longer since I had browsed through their clothing. I figured there had to be some fun new finds with the changing season and I was not disappointed. I found a lot of good stuff at great prices!
My Target Try-On Session
This striped tee is made of a thicker fabric that has a good drape to it. I tried on a small and thought maybe it was a little shorter than ideal? What do you think? I own this top in plain white in a medium and although it is longer it is also baggier. But for $8, can you go wrong either way?

This floral kimono is the perfect shade of blush pink and has a sweet trim detail. I wasn’t sure about the sleeves. I’m slow to adopt new trends and although I have added several bell-sleeved items to my wardrobe I question if this one is just a little too much for my comfort zone. No doubt, if I saw this on someone else I would love it and I do think it is cute on me, but I know I would feel uncomfortable with the sleeves on this top.

This green blouse is the pretties jewel tone with a lace/crochet top and sweet layered bell sleeves. It might be a little on the shorter side, but I like the layered look with the white cami underneath.

Are you in on the camo trend? This is the first camo item I have added to my wardrobe. I wasn’t completely sold on it when I grabbed it to try it on, but the fit is so flattering that it quickly sorted itself into the ‘keep’ pile.

This top is sheer and short. I’m not sure how you would wear it?? Maybe with a pair of palazzo pants?

Another cute top! This one had a draw string detail on the back and the balloon sleeves are adorable. Did you know that they are actually called ‘poet sleeves?’ I found that out as I was searching Target’s site for the link to this item.

This is another super cheap find that is super flattering! Same material as the striped top above. A definite must to take you into summer!

Do you remember the hot pink pants that I included in last week’s Instagram roundup? I feel like these are the black version of them, but way more reasonably priced! Super excited to find them.

Do these pants look like I am wearing someone’s curtains? Part of me loves them and part of me isn’t so sure???

This top would be cute untucked with jeans. The color is an ivory with black print. The shorts are linen. I tried on a small and felt that they were a little too big/baggy.

I LOVE this dress from the rib cage up. It fits so well in that area and is a combination of such great colors. And I love the t-shirt style hemline. BUT, it makes you look pretty wide from behind and maybe a bit like you are wearing a paper bag from the waist down?? I so wanted this to be a winner.
